RETURN & WARRANTY POLICY

1. RETURN

1.1 Right of withdrawal

Customers are entitled to a 14-day withdrawal period, starting from the day they receive their order. No reason is required to exercise this right.

The withdrawal request must be made in writing and sent to: support@streetcoreindustry.com

The date of dispatch of the email determines whether the deadline has been met. Once withdrawal is declared, the contract is considered cancelled, and the product must be returned.

1.2 Return conditions

The returned item must meet the following requirements:

  • Original unopened packaging
  • Security seal** intact
  • All original accessories and documents included (straps, box, certificate, manual, etc.)

The return must be made within 14 days after the withdrawal notification.

Return shipping is at the customer’s expense. You must use a tracked and insured shipping service. If the product is lost or damaged in transit, STREET CORE 219 will not issue any refund.

1.3 Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made watches, which are clearly marked as such on the website.

These items are handcrafted to the customer’s specifications and are considered unique pieces. As such, they are non-returnable and non-refundable.

1.4 Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, STREET CORE 219 will issue a full refund of the purchase price within 10 business days.

Refunds may be withheld until the product has been received and verified for compliance.

2. WARRANTY & LIABILITY

2.1 Manufacturer warranty

STREET CORE 219 watches come with a two (2) year international warranty  from the date of delivery.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects confirmed by our technical team. If a defect is verified, the watch will be repaired or replaced at no charge, at the discretion of STREET CORE 219.

2.2 Warranty exclusions

This warranty does not cover :

  • Normal wear and tear (e.g., scratches, strap discoloration)
  • Battery after one year of use
  • Damage caused by misuse, impact, exposure to magnetic fields, or improper handling
  • Repairs by unauthorized service centers
  • Use of non-recommended components or accessories

Straps and accessories are not covered under warranty.

2.3 Warranty return conditions

The customer is responsible for sending the product to our service center for inspection:

  • The product must be returned using a **tracked and insured service**
  • STREET CORE 219 is not liable for items lost or damaged in return transit
